Orders Process & Delivery

Process: Please allow us up to 2 days to process your orders and payments.

Delivery:  Orders will arrive to you Monday - Sunday.

We accept Paypal and Credit Card Payments, IBanking Transfer & ATM Transfer via DBS/POSB.

Order Cancellations
For ATM/IBanking Transfer, orders will be cancelled after 24 hours of non-payment. 


All products will be delivered to you in their original brand gift box packaging, authenticity cards and warranty cards. (If applicable)

There will be no returns, cancellation and refunds of orders once an order is made, including in the event of "change of mind". Please ensure that you would like to purchase before you make an order.

Exchange Policy

In case of faulty / defected Items upon receiving, please email us and send back to us within 5 days of purchase for an exchange via standard courier delivery/registered mail. Item must be in original packaging, with tags and unworn. Items which do not meet the requirements are not applicable for exchange or refund. If Item is unavailable, we will offer a full refund.

In the case of wrong item and size, exchange for items which are instock is available within 5 days of purchase. Item must be in original packaging, with tags and unworn. Items which do not meet the requirements are not applicable for exchange or refund. Exchange items must be same or higher in value where top up is required.

Return postage costs via trackable standard courier charge or registered mail to be borne by sender for return and sending the new exchanged item. We use standard courier for exchange ($7 each way, total of $14 to receive the item from you and send the new item to you). The charges are paid to the courier and we do not charge anything.

Caring for your Products
Jewellery : Store your jewelry in a cool dry place when not in use. Clean your Jewellery after every wear with soft cloth to keep it like brand new. Do not wear it to sports or get in touch with perfume.

Leather : Store in cool dry place, try not to get it wet. If wet, dry it with cloth immediately.

Watches : Although the watches are to a certain level waterproof, E.g. washing hands, We do not recommend watches to be prolonged to water for a long period of time. Do not wear it to water sports.
